On Being Gross (Part One)- NoManic Monday Movie

On Being Gross (Part One)- NoManic Monday Movie

It’s no big secret that we are gross. We are. You know it, we know it, and there is no point in trying to be all nice and proper and hide it. Get a rare (and professionally-edited), full-color, technologically-kissed peek into how bad it is down under and all around when it comes to Gabi and Kobi being gross. It’s about as offensive as Why the Boston Marathon Tragedy was a Wonderful Thing (the comments are as good!),  as obnoxious as How To Piss Off Your Friends , as humbling as Just a Butt in the Wind, but not even close to as inappropriate Fuck, Fuck, Fuck was. That’s a lot of sharing and even more of TMI! Comment AND SHARE! We deserve it! 🙂   We’ll be adding more of their series each week on Mondays! It’s what we wait for each week. When we were in Greece in miserably confused, we waited for our Monday picker upper, and while stressing out at Kobi’s parents’ house, it was the Monday Movie from The Nomadic Family Project that grounded...

The Mother of All Videos, The Father of All Vacations- SmallHotels.com.tr, Macaron Konagi Otel- Ayvalik, Turkey- Eastern Europe Road Trip

And so our Eastern European Road Trip begins in Turkey and our fear of being murdered by the enemy has melted away to a deep love and appreciation of Turkey and the Turkish people. We have fallen in love, quickly, with the food, the people, and the culture so close to that we know in Israel. And Ayvalik is this small fairy tale little fisherman’s town, lazy, and sprinkled by fluffy but healthy street cats and more scruffy but smiling old men. Ayvalik is  sunny but crisp, and weather-wise, dearly reminds us of our beloved Dalat, Vietnam. This video is my new art and it brings me immense pleasure. It reflects in about three minutes the joys and sunny life we experienced for 4 days in Ayvalik, Turkey at TheBoutiqueSmallHotels.com’s Macaron Konagi.   Macaron Konagi was our precious first experience with TheBoutiqueSmallHotels.com.We feel in love with Yavuz and Serap and their passion to make this dream come true. They bought an ancient, run-down, dilapidated ruin and turned it, with...

Finding Home, Laughter, & This Great Freak- Savedra Dive Center, Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines

Finding Home, Laughter, & This Great Freak- Savedra Dive Center, Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines

I miss Lee. No, not the pretty one. That ugly guy. Yeah, that one. I would never say that to his face (the part about missing him, I mean; the part about him being ugly I said to him ALL THE TIME). I would never admit that I miss him to his face cuz admitting affection which would drastically limit my ability to cut him down at every potential given moment, and it is in there mere potential that the power lies. Yes, admitting how much I adore the crazy bald guy would be putting me in a huge strategic disadvantage and we’ll have none of that. Have you ever met someone who makes you laugh, but really laugh all, all, all, all the time? Have you ever walked into your place of work, or that hostel, or that friend’s house and felt your heart tingle with joy at the anticipation of seeing those you love? That just about explains how I felt walking into Savedra Dive Center every...
