Whale Sharks Tomorrow Morning! OMG!- Olsob, Philippines

Yes, our tricycle (what they call their motorbike tuk-tuks here) will be waiting at 4:30am. We leave by 4:45 and arrive by 5am. Deep breathe. Here’s the lastest Facebook update:

And we asked all the questions that the kids and I had like, “Is it a whale or a shark?” (Shark) and “Can he accidentally open his mouth to suck up krill and shrimp and get one of us stuck up in there?” (no). Any thoughts and insights, or experiences you may have, let us know.  And if we never speak again, it’s been real nice friends.

  2. Hi, my husband, our daughter and I swam with whale sharks in Mexico 3 years ago. Our daughter was 6 at the time and it was a wonderful experience for all of us. Just make sure everyone has the right flotation gear. Enjoy!
