Reason 22: You may run into this delicious baby and those cheeks.

So, these are our twenty-two reasons, even though as I wrote this and went through the pictures, I realize there are at least another twenty reasons, including the bar named “Corner Bar” and the one three doors down called “Around the Corner Bar,” the Angry shaped-sushi and fresh salad booth with that sweet mustard sauce at the night market, that amazing English used book store, and the kindly couple who let us make copies in their store for so little, but smiled so much the entire time.

  1. We loved Kanchanaburi too, it was such a welcome change from Hectic Bangkok. I loved swimming in Erawan Falls too, Amy was put off by those nibbling fish though. Can’t wait to go back there, the river Kwai and Kanchanaburi is so nice!

  4. When I saw your family sitting down to study, I was reminded of doing the same thing in Vietnam. But looking at photos now, I wonder how we had the fortitude to stop exploring for even a moment. Looks like you are fully enjoying your beautiful surroundings!

    Yes – there are some obscene signs scattered around. I’m noticed one recently suggesting you can ‘get drunk on 10 baht’. Not sure exactly how that works our an no intention of finding out 😉
    Re tackling the viper, I’d go with the run away option!
